Multiculturalism: Education Ethics vs Social Stream Processes and Early Childhood Education
An early childhood education program will participate in a study to understand the dynamics of multiculturalism, "...the need for society to embrace diversity…," is then discussed respectively in social stream strategies used for behavioral management (Bass, 2005). The selected subjects will voluntarily participate in a series of social interaction tasks. The setting will be a natural learning environment and as part of the data collected, the perspectives will be analyzed.

Multiculturalism: Education Ethics vs Social Stream Processes and Early Childhood Education
Literature Review
Many research on multiculturalism revealed how "Educational policymakers face the dual obligation of effectively serving the needs of their increasingly diverse student body," (Bass, p. 2 ,2005) relationships are built for individuals to develop better interactions. Demographic changes, the immigrants also have equal access to an education; so as the population continues to increase, multicultural instruction must be considered (Bass, 2005). Particularly, in education a teacher-students rapport has capacity to stimulate instructional curriculum; learning becomes fun and engaging. If ethics was not something taught; the teacher's understanding of the culture; may model the appropriate conduct. The diversity of the students should be part of the lesson objectives. Another way of achieving academic goals with the early childhood students, is to incorporate social stream learning processing activities.
Method
Participants of this study will observe a kindergarten program to gather data and conduct analysis to determine the social-emotional nature of early childhood education at VIA K-12. According to Bass (2005) it is important for students to be cognizant of and capable of functioning in a global society; at the same time, appreciate the cultural uniqueness of all individuals. Particularly, the focus of the research design is to focus on categories of appropriate assessment tools for mobility and social stream. Pre-academic developing skills in education is the foundation for learning; while students trained for more advanced fields are considered to develop a career and become independent. Simultaneously, the preliminary skills are the foundation to make advancement. It is a continuous process some people may consider as a lifetime reward.
Assessing educational resources in planning of instructional curriculum is important; the teacher must consider managing an array of learning styles. Nevertheless, the teaching styles must also align with the students' learning needs. It is important to determine the best way to introduce, engage and assess memory retention in a diverse teaching-learning environment. Oftentimes, a teacher may encounter behavioral problems in the classroom. The management of the classroom and delivering instructions required understanding the students' culture. Respectively, human relation as well as; using appropriate teacher-student relationship is important. The effect of social stream engagement has the capacity to stimulate instruction and offer content-based and related to social stream often offers a wide range of flexible approaches; this may require more student authority and greater engagement.
The role of psychology is applicable to education. Perhaps understanding behavioral theorists such as Pavlolian offers plausible insights how presenting a stimulus; as the anticipation of the presented reward may help the students to engage on a task. Educational resources selection will include music and interactive activities; the observer will maintain a journal of the relationship and behaviors observed.
Previous literature on the subject will share insights or alignment the effects of behavioral management that educators would have access to pertinent matters related to inappropriate behavior to deter, or to reward positive behavior using effective strategies.
Results
Outcome 1: Age appropriate educational resources used to engage the students in a peer-peer interactive task. To limit biases of the study, the school curriculum will be used along with the ethical cultural practices. The effect of social stream measure will be based on perspectives of the organization.
Outcome 2: Standard based approach will be used to assess measurements in the student natural learning environment. Teacher-student interaction will be observed and responses will be noted. Effective approach to reaching standard based procedure and the provision of the standard base procedure must be revised; redeveloped and applied timely.
Effective approach to relationship building model in education with the faculty and students must also consider relationship building and managing tasks and instructional curriculum. Another factor to consider is the infrastructure that sets the tone of the instructional role; as a means of communication to initiate students' engagement in learning and developing academic skills. The role educators play as a factor towards progress will be recorded in a non-threatening way; rather for increasing knowledge of working towards progress with early childhood students.
Discussion
The subject of age appropriate educational resources is considered to be selected and recorded as part of the research findings. Halse (2022) pointed out that it is evident that traditional approaches to education as paradigms of multiculturalism. In fact, multicultural educational settings are struggling to meet the emerging needs of society. These viewpoints are noteworthy and have shared knowledge on the subject matter.
As part of this research development project, the practices of ethical culture play a significant role in data collection related to the effects of the social stream engagement process. One segment of this analysis is the basis of a stimuli, its presence creates or changes the direction of a task or the individual. Therefore, behaviorists are not just theorists, perhaps understanding the causes and effects; particularly, in problem solving, to know about personality traits that are factors capable of driving instruction as designed and mandated.
Instructional planning to include multiculturalism are elements of the relationship building model for academic progress. Instructional curriculum and multicultural instruction must account for the diverse culture as per demand. Multicultural approach may include elements necessary for the design of instruction. For example, language, the application of trends, socio-economic factors which may differ from each culture.
Conclusion
The role of stakeholders in education is to develop appropriate relationships "... calling for schools to be transformed into social havens of belonging that support diversity, equity and social inclusion,"and play the designated role and complete tasks (Halse, 2022). Perhaps, the engagement level and accountability should be shared equally and with appropriate support and as required.
